He completed his training in Orthopaedics at the Topiwala National Medical College & Nair Hospital and further trained in the best institutes in UK. He was there for 12 years and got further specialise training in Joint Replacement at 5 different hospitals.

He also got training at various international centres in Canada, Italy,Singapore and USA in last 5 years.

These are performed in a minimally invasive manner with a very small incision which allows speedy recovery in patients. The average length of hospital stay is only 5 days.

Over the last 7 years he had performed more than 2500 Joint Replacement Surgeries at Kokilaben Hospital, out of which 2000 are Total Knee Replacements (TKR) and 500 are Total Hip Replacement (THR) operations.
