Dr Vadera has worked as Head of Department at reputable organizations across Mumbai, which includes Cumballa Hill Hospital & Heart Institute, Jaslok Hospital, Piramal Diagnostics, Apollo Cliniq.

She was also Head of Pathology and Clinical Research at Piramal Diagnostics.

KDAH Experience :

The Department of Laboratory Medicine has organized multiple National and International conference from various sections – Biochemistry & Immunology, Haematology, Histopathology, Transfusion Medicine, Microbiology and Quality Assurance in the Lab.

The Dept. of Laboratory Medicine has been accredited by the College of American Pathologists certification in Jan 2013, Jan 2015, Jan 2017, Jan 2019 and the National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibrating Laboratories in July 2015, July 2017.

As Head of Laboratory Medicine is responsible for the smooth functioning of all sections of the Lab.

Member and then Member Secretary of the Institutional Ethics Committee for Clinical Research. The Committee has been certified by NABH in Nov 2017.

• President of the Association of Practising Pathologists of India (APPI). She has organized 4 Annual National Conferences in June 2014, June 2015, June 2016, June 2017.
• Certified CAP and NABL Assessor.
