MD, DM, DNB
Fitness first is my mantra..and that includes holistic fitness of body mind and soul. Regular exercises, balanced meals, stress busters like music, dancing, outdoor games, yoga and meditation help in holistic healing and coping with the daily stressors of life. I believe in “practice what you preach”. Long distance running, listening to old Hindi music and dancing help me achieve a work life balance.
I value the trust my patients impose in me and prioritize safety when prescribing meds. I believe in continuing patient education and empowerment. I counsel and actively involve my patients in their own healthcare. The healthy patient who is in command of his own health and medications enthuses and drives me on in this profession.
