Dr. Raodeo has been trained in prestigious institutes like KEM hospital, Mumbai and PGIMER Chandigarh. He has vast experience in the field of critical care and pulmonology. Before joining KDAH, he has worked in Sevenhills hospital and Reliance hospital, Navi Mumbai. His expertise is in giving highest quality critical care to most complex multi-organ failure patients both medical as well surgical critically ill patients. He has special interest in respiratory critical carelike managing ARDS and acute severe asthma. He also has keen interest in developing various protocols and policies of the ICU, hospital infection control policy, end of life care policy, weaning protocol, nutritional protocols to name a few.

Dr. Raodeo has been a passionate teacher all throughout his career. He is recognized teacher for IDCCM and FICCM. He has delivered talks in various conferences and workshops in the field of critical care.
