My brother J'son D'Souza was admitted to the ICU ward with heart problem. He was being shifted from another hospital. He was taken into Daycare ICU for a thorough check up on November 1st. The registrar was Dr. Jayshree & the doctor was Dr. Prashant Nair. The detailing & explanation given by the doctor and why a operation is not necessary was truly touching. After keeping him ICU for 48 hours he was shifted to general ward and discharged on Nov 5th. The discipline, rules & regulation along with cleanliness was really a thing to admire. The explanation before being shifted from ICU to ward and how the price factor will work was really an eye opener. Wish to thank Dr. Prashant Nair & team who guided us in the right way and made all of us anxious souls feel at home. Thank you very much. The entire experience was note worthy.
