Dear sir/madam,
With gratitude to God, I write to appreciate the entire staff of Kokilaben Ambani hospital for their care and hospitality during my son's stay in the hospital.
My son Chisom was admitted in Kokilaben hospital for over 3 months, between May 22nd and August 28th when he was discharged. Chisom came in with critical case of capital backward slipped femoral epiphysis of more than 75% of both legs. The surgery was successfully done on both legs, hence the press release on his case, which was published by Mid-day newspaper on the 29th of July 2013.
Chisom who was placed under the care of Dr Alaric Aroojis, whom I would personally want to appreciate, commend and recommend. Dr Alaric Aroojis was not just my son's doctor but played a fatherly figure in India for my son, whom we always looked forward to see every morning. He was an encouragement to my son, with soothing words he debunked Chisom's fears. He was firm in discharging his duties but jokingly administering it thereby giving my son a relaxed mood even in the mist of anxiety and pain. He is a doctor who captures the mind of his patient first thereby striking a very cordial relationship, which helps the patient not to accept defeat but rather takes away the mind of the patient from his condition before dealing with the situation on ground. It's indeed a gift if I must say. Today my son is Kokilaben's star patient and back on his feet, it's happy feet indeed. Dr Alaric, my son and I appreciates your total dedication and love showered on us. May the good Lord bless you and keep using you mightly.
I must say Kudos to the International Patient coordinator team-Mr Deeparck, Malavika, Riddy. Oh my God! I appreciate my gynecologist - Ever smiling Dr Mrs Anshumala Shukla who successfully operated on me in March 2012. My Dentist Dr Mrs Manisha Soni who gave me a new set of teeth. Now, I chew better and beam smiles here and there. Dr Vishal, who was always beside Dr Alaric. And so many others. I love you all.
I really wanted to meet Mrs Tina Ambani but it failed. I pray and hope that Kokilaben Hospital will keep the good work going, the ever smiling and courteous staff, the neat environment and efficient service and many more. Once more, thanks.
Sincerely Yours
Mrs Joy Anikpe.
