Do not brush your teeth immediately after a meal, especially if you have consumed fruits, aerated drinks, wine or any other food that contains acid.
Acid softens the tooth enamel which can be easily damaged by brushing. Brush your teeth after an hour of having your meal. Doing so will give your saliva enough time to neutralize the acid
