Description
Assists the Health Check Executive to ensure smooth functioning of the health check department to the satisfaction of the customers
Interacts with the health check team including nurses, technicians and doctors for the smooth facilitation of patients
Ensures that every executive gets his/her day’s schedule having sequence of each and every investigation / consultation they are required to undergo according to their package selected
Coordinators to divide executives in batches and ensure that they are attended
Coordinators are required to continuously interact with all executives
Keep a track of all the executives, especially to ensure that they do not miss out on any of the test / investigation in coordination with the nurses and the clerk
Any test / investigation outside the health check up department need to be communicated to the executives thoroughly and repeatedly
Explain the executive about the dining facilities during the course of health check up
Ensure the availability of all the reports in coordination with the health check up clerk before the final consultation
Explain all the executives about the review consultation and any additional investigation required by the executive should be addressed
Any query or complain arising during the course of the health check up should be informed to the health check executive without delay
Ensure all the resources required by the department are available like brochure, consultation formats / Performa, newspaper, magazines and feedback form
Keep a note of all the housekeeping, engineering and maintenance requirements and should be informed to the health check executive
Answers, queries regarding health checks
To ensure all couriers are dispatched at the right address as given on the credit note
Email the soft copy of the reports to the executives
To do the credit card and credit letter billing.
